What's the difference between Next Day, Next Day Premium, and Next Day Premium+?

Next Day delivers by end of business the next working day with flexible timing. Next Day Premium guarantees delivery by 10:30 or 12:00 on weekdays (or Saturdays). Next Day Premium+ offers the same early delivery options plus a closed, dedicated network for high-value or sensitive items.

What are the weight and size limits for next-day delivery?

For Next Day and Next Day Premium, parcels can weigh up to 30kg and measure a maximum of 1m length × 0.6m width × 0.7m height. For Next Day Premium+, the sum of the two longest sides must not exceed 120cm, and weight must not exceed 30kg. Oversized parcels may incur surcharges.

Are your drivers trained and vetted?
