You might have to pay extra fees for your shipment if any of the following situations apply.
| Packages with a longest dimension over 274 cm, or a combined length and girth (2Height + 2Width + 1Length) exceeding 400 cm, or weighing more than 70 kg, are not accepted for transportation. If such packages are found in our partner’s parcel network, they will incur a high surcharge. | Items that don’t work well with automated sorting systems. This includes things like tubes, cylinders, oddly shaped items, items with loose straps or handles (like bags with shoulder straps), items that need to stay upright, items packed in outer containers made of metal or wood, sacks, buckets, tires, and items that can stick to sorting equipment (such as those wrapped in cling film, bubble wrap, or covered with excessive tape and strapping), and so on. | £12.10 per item |

Your shipment might have extra charges if any of the following conditions are met.
For UK Next Day and International services, our charges are based on whichever is greater—the actual weight or the volumetric weight of each item in a shipment.
To calculate the billable weight of your shipment:
- Weigh each item in your shipment, round up the weight to the nearest 0.5kg
- Calculate the volumetric weight by multiplying the length x width x height (in centimetres) of each item and dividing the resulting number by 5,000, round up the result to the nearest 0.5kg
For multi-piece shipments, use the higher value between the actual weight and the volume weight for each item in the shipment.
